Matt Bang

Matt Bang is a Los Angeles based music producer, songwriter, and engineer. As the son of a pianist and opera singer, he started his musical studies at the age of 3. Upon graduating The Berklee College of Music, he began his career as an intern for Interscope Records. Since then, he’s established himself working with world-renowned artists including Timbaland, Justin Bieber, and Missy Elliot, among many others. His productions draw from many musical styles with an emphasis on vocals. Currently, Matt’s focus is launching his own brand, The Way Muzic; music with purpose and a positive message.

Jilli Schell

Jilli Schell is a Los Angeles-based music producer, vocalist, and songwriter with a passion for empowering artists through production and creative direction. As an alum and former instructor of Icon Collective, Jilli blends technical expertise with a deeply human approach to artistry. Over the past several years she’s worked as an instructor, session vocalist, content creator, and mentor specializing in topline writing, vocal and music production, studio performance, and artist development. Her work has been featured on Splice’s Top 50 Chart, Spotify’s Creamy and Bass Lounge editorial playlists. She has also performed at Countdown and Lost Lands festivals.  As a core member of Icon Collective’s social media and education teams, Jilli taught songwriting and vocal performance/production courses while also helping grow the school’s digital presence. She’s been a driving force behind inspiring educational content and creative community-building both online and in-person. Jilli’s creative focus bridges pop, electronic, and bass music with an inspired approach. Whether you’re developing your production skills, voice, refining your toplines, or building confidence and identity as an artist… Jilli brings a high-vibe, supportive energy and a sharp creative eye to every session. 

Molly WIlliams

Molly Deborah Andrews (PKA MOONZz) is a widely-known songwriter, pianist, producer and vocalist. Growing up in Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley, she started playing and studying piano at age 5 and quickly found solace in the keys. Described as “a sultry mix between classical stylings and pop” (NEST HQ), MOONZz excels at balancing the past and present. She is influenced by dark, cinematic orchestrations of the classical baroque era, and remains a student of iconic predecessors such as Tom Petty, Regina Spektor, Frank Sinatra, Postal Service and Little Dragon. After graduating from The University of Colorado-Boulder, she honed in on her sonic identity.She signed her first song, “Satisfy” to Atlantic’s subsidiary label Taste and Tone, and landed several national ad campaigns with Victoria’s Secret. She’s been fortunate to collaborate and perform with electronic hard-hitters like Big Gigantic, CloZee, Daktyl, SLUMBERJACK, and DROELOE. Molly most recently signed a deal with Nashville/LA’s boutique music licensing and publishing company, Secret Road. Her music has been heard in ad campaigns and networks ranging from AppleTV+, HBO Max, ABC, Peloton, and many more.

Chaz Treharne

Chaz Treharne, known professionally as Midoca, is a Los Angeles-based composer, producer, andsongwriter originally from Youngstown, Ohio. Overthe past decade, he has built a distinct presencein the electronic and alternative music scenes,releasing music through labels such as Mau5trap,Lowly Palace, and Monstercat. Midoca’s signatureblend of introspective lyricism and atmosphericproduction has earned him features on The FADER,Alternative Press, and Skrillex’s NEST HQ. Inaddition to his solo work, he has collaborated withartists including Getter, Taska Black, AWAY, andChet Porter. Songwriting & Production credits include DeathbyRomy, Mothica, Matthew Koma, Crywolf, Hotel Garuda, Olivver The Kid.Composition credits include: NBA Playoffs on ESPN, ESPNW, Google, Adidas, and more.
