Alex Flores is a seasoned audio engineer, studio manager, and music educator with over
14 years of experience across some of the most respected music institutions in Los
Angeles. Known for his hands-on approach and deep technical knowledge, Alex has
helped shape the careers of hundreds of aspiring producers and engineers.
He’s held leadership roles at SAE Institute, Crē•8 Music Academy at Westlake Studios,
and most recently ICON Collective, where he developed curriculum, mentored students
one-on-one, and taught music production, studio signal flow, and digital audio
technologies. Whether managing high-end studios or teaching complex concepts in Pro
Tools, Logic, Ableton, or analog gear, Alex brings a rare mix of precision, patience, and
passion to every space he enters.
With a strong belief in the power of music to empower individuals and communities, Alex
